I thought Martin just started work fulltime as a fireman with MFB in Essendon area. I would have thought he may play in Melbourne area due to his work commitments. I hate to use that word,but I could be "wrong"!

The new waves of whispers has Troy Coates staying at Kerang but as mentioned on here he was a chance to Co Coach Strathfieldsaye. Wilson to go around again at Strath he could potentially drag another player in to Co Coach with him as he did with Wayne Schultz a couple of years back.

Just on Fitzy its become official that he has finished up at Sandhurst and I agree with Pres Peter Watson he has done a good job over his 2 years at the Club. It may also be possible that its the right move to bring in someone else to continue that good work and try and go one better next year. 2 years is probably the average time span Coaches spend in a job now. Moners lining up for his 6th year at Eaglehawk makes you wonder if his time at the top has gone on too long?

Word has it a few boys told the committee at Eaglehawk that if Locky took over they would walk.. Now Gretgrix, Hill, Ketterer and Nicholson are off to Charlton while Findlay has spoken with Bridgewater.. Locky/Marong also interested in Findlay and Trelfull among other players. Could be a big mistake reappointing him after building a solid list again

You are on the money! Word has it a few from around Locky area have too much influence on the coach.A number of the second tier players are now leaving due to limited opportunity last season and were all expecting Locky to be around. Findlay could be joining cuz at North too. Where he goes,Threllfall will go too.
