Key forward>small forwardThis is a really tough one. You could make the claim Betts is the best small forward of all time, and Modra was an absolute superstar

Mods was the same.Nothing against Modra, but I used to shake my head at Eddie in amazement of the things he did under heat

Mods gets my vote, but I think it's much closer than what you said here. Eddie was huge for us during his time here.Modra by the length of the straight. Its not even close. Those banking on Eddie never watched Modra play. Modra was a freak.
At 188 cm, would Modra be a key forward in the modern era?Key forward>small forward

Modra was very inconsistent after 1993No one saying he isn't. Its just not close. Modra played on the best full backs the game had to offer and won his position nearly every single game. Betts dominated as a small forward no one is denying that. But thats genuinely on the 3rd/4th best defenders. I'd rank Tex above Eddie no problems. Its just a chalk and cheese battle.

I know who I would prefer to stand
Mods? the player who regularly kicked 6 goals a game and used backman as step ladders, or a small forward who on a god day kicks 3 crumbing goals a game. The pure damage Modra would have done on a bad backman is far worse than what Betts would dish out any day.
Would depend on how tall you are....I know who I would prefer to stand
Name me another player who made SOS look like an amateur...Mods? the player who regularly kicked 6 goals a game and used backman as step ladders, or a small forward who on a god day kicks 3 crumbing goals a game.
