Fitzroy's last game. Really poignant moment (even with Kevin Murray photobombing it)

Amazing mark by Chris Tarrant in the wet. One of the best speckies I've ever seen. Huge leap, extra lift and serious hang time. The degree of difficulty was off the charts. He took a 25m-30m run up and had to reach out forwards to catch the wet ball with Demon defenders grabbing him, before he fell to ground face first, flipped 360' and landed on his back. Unbelievable that he held on to the footy.

This poster is correct^^^

It was the 'real' mark of the year in 2011… It was better than Gary Moorcroft's mark.

I'm still bewildered how this wasn't paid mark of the year. Is still the best mark I've ever seen.

If you have been to the redeveloped Adelaide Oval and walked across the bridge, as you cross War Memorial Drive and walk towards the South Gate entrance you will see a 125% bronze statue replica of Barrie Robran taking a mark in this iconic photo in SA footy history from the 1970's.

Mate whats with the hats and ties (and teeth) when watching the footy?

And is the lady who's blond head is directly below the right edge wall of the timekeepers box taking an early vintage selfie?

Actually the Collingwood player is posing for a photo. I guess glenferrie was a really tough away gig in the fifties
