There are so many great action shots of Richo, iconic images for Tiger fans. One of the greatest big man athletes the game has seen.

How this didn't get MOTY is beyond me. It's one of the best I've ever seen.

I'm not such a one-eyed Collingwood supporter that I can't see how sublime Walker's mark is, and you're right that it was the best candidate for the Mark of the Year. Still, I think that the scale of the injustice of sometimes overstated, and I'd like for Krakour's pack mark to be recognised as a fantastic piece of footy artistry.

Really, in the end no one should give a s*** about the Mark of the Year. Long after such decisions are forgotten, the image of the mark will be all that matters.

Jezza left and after the gap year of 1980 they did it again in 1981 over Collingwood again.

Colour photos usually only found in the Footy Record in early 1980's.

Typical of the semi-professional area these down to earth blokes enjoyed their footy but also liked a punt and drink during the week and by end of their careers that period was over.

An older Jimmy Buckley hair thinning out in late 1980's in contrast to curly hair at start.

Edit. Notice the logo on his jumper is AFL now so must be 1990 footy.
Maybe his last season or two when injuries started to take their toll like a Steve Johnson experienced recently.
