Something I noticed looking at the VFL game reports is that the three you have bolded are consistently regarded among our best, even over AFL players sometimes. What's the reason they aren't on our list? Just not quite good enough for AFL?AFL

Watched most of the games last year via the AFL app and from what I saw all would have been pushing for selection in our AFL team last year, mainly because they were older, more physically developed/prepared, and outperforming most of the guys we have already let go (and some we haven't). But I think, maybe apart from Sellers, that we have better developing options on the list. Very good VFL players though.Something I noticed looking at the VFL game reports is that the three you have bolded are consistently regarded among our best, even over AFL players sometimes. What's the reason they aren't on our list? Just not quite good enough for AFL?
Some may want a back up ruck for Xerri, but from the limited time he was on the field last year I thought Comben performed better as a back up ruck that CCJ eve did, and was a better forward option.Rate that AFL team! God I hope comben can stay on the park, he could be anything!

Powell and Phillips play ahead of mckercher to start the year
that reason doesn't make much sense. In both cases he'll be involved in collisions with the possibility for injurySome were saying was to help keep him on the park
Have him crashing into forwards instead of backs doing it to him
I may be paraphrasing but essentially the thought is he’ll have a better percentage of staying out on the field if he moves backthat reason doesn't make much sense. In both cases he'll be involved in collisions with the possibility for injury
And why do so many people have Comben at CHB. Has never played their in the AFL, yet he is there ahead of other backmen. Puzzling! Not sure why Stephens is a lock in everyone’s teams
Hasn’t done anything more than all those left out
This is as close as I could get too. I think Stephens and Ford are the two starters that could miss. The bench is very up in the air too. I could see Sleevo, Lazarro (finished the season strong) and possibleTaylor, CCJ or Shiels in or on the bench. I wouldnt know who they would replace though. Possibly Tucker and one of Powell or WilPhil.AFL

Pink's spot on the bench here really comes down to who puts their hand up between him, K. Dawson and Biggie. I like having one of these players on the bench as it gives us flexibility to use Comben as a swing man forward or pinch hitting in the ruck. I have Curtis in the forward pocket because I really liked how he and Larkey were working together towards the end of the season.
I think if we can get a clear run with injuries, our VFL team looks seriously good!
That's a bloody good VFL forward line.AFL

I like the random denotation of players as if they're primary school students lol. But to be fair, that's a good crack. You're aware Comben and Bergman exist, which immediately puts you in elite non-North fan companyBP FB. BP

Lots of Mids on the bench hard to fit them all in?
brayden George will probably need a good run in the vfl before debuting
Can Charlie comben play down back and do it well?
Callum Coleman Jones, McDonald , Curtis Taylor , Miller Bergman , Eddie Ford next best.
Definitely back 6 needs the work and depth
