Pick 8 should get it done. Saints in front seat.
The Butterfly effect of the Jaeger O'meara deal is costing us a bit.
Rumor has it he doesn't want the Saints.

Now that it's all out in the open, there's no more hiding the shit he has done(or the most of it).

Get him in under a wing or two, and turn him around.

A Geelong supporter who likes to post during the trade period of 'inside knowledge' says that Hawthorn are in with a chance(plus Geelong anf Melbourne).

I'll believe it when I see it.

So a player was caught cheating and is a big time gambler. Thank goodness we have never had one of those players in our ranks before lol.

This goes on in life not just footy clubs.

I have learnt not to judge people to harshly.

They guy is 23 and has two kids. I hope he he finds himself, settles down and has a positive influence in his kids lives moving forward and that would be a big win from this.

i think he still worth a shot and would love him at the Hawks.

I more or less agree. He's not a good bloke and he has some personal issues. But we are kidding if we think our club is full of good blokes. He's 23. He's a bloody talented player and on the back of all of this, he is going cheap.

Quite true - if a quarter of the rumours I've heard about Franklin are true then good lord! The club survived that without issue.

Well said..... you'd be naive to think this ain't happening at all football clubs. Only difference is this one is being played out in the public.
Oh the shock and horror.

Maybe the public exposure of his family and gambling issue's and starting at a new club, is just what Stringer needs, to not only reach his potential and play consistently good footy, but also to sort himself out. We've seen it before with other players who have moved clubs (or similar).
And, Hawthorn, or more specifically Clarko, seem to like to take on the challenge (i.e. Garlett) which can potentially reap large rewards. Obviously it is a risk, but if it comes off, who knows...

Clarkson coached Stringer during international rules 2015.

He'd know a bit about his personality and character, so he will either think Stringer can get help, or his demons are too much for his character to bear.

Either way, hope we are sniffing around to make others pay a price.

Tom Lamb wanting to come back to Victoria is an interesting one. He was told by our recruiters that we’d take him in his draft year if he was still available at the pick they wanted to pick him up at but we never did.

He was still available when we picked Dan Howe. Think the bloke is super talented just lazy as ****

Thanks for posting. Both amazing and appalling. I hope other women do feel empowered enough by that to do whatevers necessary.

I also hope she receives as little backlash from the morons of this world as humanly possible.

Good on her. The package is animal.

There are two sides to everything, when it is a relationship.

We’ve only seen her side.

True, she may be no angel too. Or she might be. Stringer clearly has things - many things - that may have sent him down a very poor rabbit hole. She may have some skeletons, she may be withholding some fuel she's poured on the Stringer flame but either way it's a horrid situation for two kids.
