It looks like it was another fentanyl related death, it's a crazy how many OD deaths there have been in the US recently related to fentanyl.

Thankfully fentanyl doesn't seem to be as much of an issue here but it's probably only a matter of time with how we copy the trends there.

Thankfully our doctors didn't go around handing out opioid based pain killers like they were smarties.

Painkiller on Netflix is well worth a watch about how the Oxycontin problem cane to be over there

Most of the fentanyl on the streets in the US is from illegal drug trafficking from places like China and Mexico rather than from doctors.

Doctors in the US over prescribing other pain killers has caused a lot of addiction problems there too but they aren't as lethal as fentanyl.

I dunno, I spent a few years post back injury (10 years ago) using heavy doses of oxycontin and norspan (opioid patches) instead of being sent to the exercise physiologists and pain management psychologists I should've been seeing from the start, and who ultimately helped me live a mostly pain and opioid free life again.

Now I think about it, it's probably why I'm the last to panic after my last few months of nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea - nothing that I've gone through over the last few months comes close to the incessant vomiting, constipation, nausea and sweating from the opioids, especially those ****ing patches.

Just heard it on the radio - I know it's Jimmy who's reportedly been unwell and thinking most thought he'd be the first to pass from the couple

I have an inkling we'll be hearing of Jimmy's passing in the not too distant future, and they'll be together once more

Wouldn't surprise me if he didn't make it to Christmas

Yeah usually when the spouse of a long time.married couple passes away, it's not long before their heartbroken Widow or widower joins them.
