I posted the relevant 1 sentence in a quotation box. Missed the link back to the source I guess?
Do you think we can wait 12-18 hours until the scan has been studied and treatment protocols identified?
Unrestricted member access to all the players' doctors seems fair....Yes, let's have their GPS data, dietary intake, sleep parameters, along with which shoe they put on first if they train on a Wednesday
In fact, I demand to know given I am a member
Then us supporters from the bleachers, could advise what is the appropriate course of action
Still in mine (but I don’t do great… Too loyal to certain players)Everyone needs to immediately remove him from their fantasy teams. His done…….
No, need to remove him. Please tell everyone…Still in mine (but I don’t do great… Too loyal to certain players)
He is NOT injured
He should be eating sour dough from a boutique bakery ffsI can tell you for a fact that he eats white bread.....I saw him and Paddy D at the local supermarket a few years back and it was sitting prominently on top of their shopping bag....although come to think of it, maybe it was Paddy's loaf and that's why we put him up for trade.
The news broke in the media at what, 4.30pm? And you want the club to have made a statement about that same evening? On a random day in the middle of February? The club should be saying that, i don’t think that’s too big a thing to ask is it?

I had I skiing injury compression fractures down my spine squeezed all juice out of a couple of dices still competed at the top level of a sport. But like you said you manage it still today as I’m still on the tools. All the champions adjusted to injury’s they carry Jud went inside Carey marked on his chest Walsh will adapt if neededWalsh will have back issues for his whole career, finding the right balance in terms of workloads will be the challenge
Playing the. Freak out scenario the back surgery he had has transferred pressure further down his spine and there is further compression or complications in the disc operated on or the next disc.More likely that area is prone to aches as it doesn’t flex or move naturally so can spasm the muscles under intense stress like high trying loads,
Cure massage stretching and strengthening of the muscles surrounding that area he’s as fit as a mallee scrub bull and twice as strong so I think he’ll be fine

That wouldn't even happen in grand final week.
He played the intra club Monday last week. It's now 9 days since and did not train on Friday. Some transparency to the 80k plus members wouldn't go astray. The news broke in the media at what, 4.30pm? Interesting coping mechanisms on display at both ends of the spectrum.
Just get him right for finalsHard to see Walsh playing in the short term
This is so funny. 'Angry old man yells at cloud'. The season hasn't even started yet. Anything to do with medical is best waited until the full information is gathered and timelines are known. Otherwise the same people crying about transparency will come back crying that it took 6 weeks instead of 4 or that the 'initial report' has not enough information or all manor of other things. He played the intra club Monday last week. Exactly!!!I understand that many supporters want transparency and or communication in one form or another, especially around player injuries and other matters
Personally, I have no interest in a running commentary on player welfare, nor media reporting as most are speculative
But let's say the club does release a statement confirming Walsh has back soreness and is on a modified program.
Does that change the level of speculation amongst our supporters? I doubt it
Ongoing back issues can change daily, same goes for workloads/strategies
Round 1 (or 0) might be the best time to get them. What would you say if I told you that losing Grand Finalists have just a 32% win rate in the first H&A round the following year? It’s almost impossible to keep every player fit and available for every round …afl is too fast with lots of stops/starts/turns …
we do have good depth now so we should still be able to operate at a high enough level
Having said that I can’t see us winning at the Gabba in r1 …with/without Walsh
