This clubs complaining about the academy & father sons, yet they are pretty nice to each other when it comes to bids. Hold the other clubs responsible.

The St Kilda whinge at the BnF is a prime example, they have bidded less on father sons than any other club.

So if Ashcroft is the best, bid on him at 1, but it’s unlikely to come until 2-5 as Richmond will want to market that they got their man at 1, not their second choice

I'd be happy with any two of Trainor, Reid, Hotton, Hannaford at this stage.

This is fantasy land stuff. Not happening. Three live options still being considered (none of them involve Moir)

1. Turn 12 and 14 into 3 and some extra Campo points
2. Take 12 and 14 to the draft
3. Trade 12 for Houston and take 14 to the draft (if Pies / Suns / Power falls over)

I rate the likelihood in that order.

I’m getting the feeling that scenario 3. is becoming more likely.

And before anyone comes after you with pitchforks if it doesn't happen, we know that things can change pretty quickly during the trade period.

Weirdly enough, I'm never the greatest optimist when it comes down to these things, but for whatever reason I've had that gut feeling he'd end up in the navy blue by the end of the trade period. The pick swaps for mine were the ducks just lining up.

Reckon it'll happen....

And a concerted ITK effort to keep it on the down low..along with expectations.
