Means Owies is valued at pick 35, about right? Maybe slightly overs but not far off it.
Also means they can get Baker.

For Eagles, it would be...
OUT: Picks 3 & 26
IN: Pick 12, Baker, Owies

Downgrade their first rounder by 9 spots and then cough up a second rounder for Baker and Owies. Not a bad result.

The West Coast list manager if they agree to that deal...

Yes, Houston would have been a quick fix - for 5 years or so.... would have slammed us into premiership contention.

Extra $2m in SC from the next year. Williams dropping off from big money. Cerra won't be huge and neither will be Saad.

TDK is the big one but now it will be a lot easier.

Think that's about as close as we could get to a fair deal (imo not a good deal for WCE though)

Kennedy for a 2nd rounder to get another pick before a Ben bid to go with pick 3.
