Pick 59: Port Adelaide

Ethan Floyd - Midfielder/wing

Versatile small midfielder with an excellent combination of speed and endurance. Represented Vic Country in the NAB AFL U18 Championships this year and has been a consistent performer for the Geelong Falcons at TAC Cup level. Well balanced wingman who is a sound decision-maker and user of the ball on his preferred left foot. (Source- AFL Draft Machine thingo)

Pretty sure he was being touted as a late first rounder at one stage.

Looks like a bargain this late in the draft.

Pick 60 : Jake Patmore
Has already spoken to 17 AFL clubs ahead of next month’s national draft, with Greater Western Sydney the only exception, and shapes as a strong chance to be picked up as a late-round or rookie selection.
Patmore is the son of former Australian Olympic hockey star Nigel Patmore, who lives in Adelaide, and his maternal great-grandfather played rugby for New Zealand.
Initial reports coming out was to fat, but has put his head down this year and lost 10 kg.
Patmore was a very solid contributor for WA in the carnival, averaging 23 possessions in four games, including an outstanding best on ground performance against Vic Country where he collected 32 possessions and six tackles in a 29 point victory.
In his first game back for his WAFL side, the 18-year-old was superb with 39 possessions and eight marks against South Fremantle and he backed that up the following week with 42 possessions, seven inside 50s and five marks.

His personal best came against Swan Districts a week before the finals when he accumulated a staggering 48 possessions, nine inside 50s and six tackles.

He went at 53 to Richmond

Aaron Redhead
WA young fella
Aaron Redhead could become a cult hero and a commentator’s dream if he finds his way on to an AFL club list this month.
But the determined 203cm forward-ruckman is much more than just his name and matching hair colour.
Redhead has gone from complete unknown playing for the Killarney Vale Bombers on the NSW Central Coast to potential draft bolter in just 12 months.

I will be a pass next Freo pick at 66 sorry fellas busy day

Pick 61
Collingwood

BRENT DANIELS

Small forward, 173cm, 70kg, Bendigo Pioneers/Vic Country

Buckenara says: Daniels is a very exciting and clever small forward that causes the opposition headaches with his football smarts and goal sense. He also puts a lot of pressure on the opposition by getting in their space. While he is very small at 173cm, I’m sure there is a niche for players of this size and ability because he is a natural footballer who has a lot to offer.
