Dangerous forwards kick straight. Jarrod doesn’t.

Charlie Cameron, Daniher, Naughton, Max King??????

I'd say an accurate, dangerous forward is probably in the minority

Does Dev go to Keays?
Or Laird?

Neither. He's not a tagger. He just goes into the middle as part of the second string midfield and attacks the ball and opponents hard.

I didn’t say, who does he tag?
We don’t play with a designated tagger like other teams, more of a run with role, so when he is in the middle he will go with someone.
I would most likely say Laird.

Potato, potato. He won't tag or play a run with role. He's just an accountable mid who tackles hard

Horrible in what way?

A flat dish with no protection from the wind straight from the south pole. If you are seated near ground level, you can't see what is happening on the other boundary. No parking and poor access.

I remember parking on random streets 10-20 minutes away and walking down to games. It really was an awful spot for footy.

You post in such definitives about the club as if you’re an authority on the topic. At the ground last week it was obvious Dev was with Selwood most of the game.

So your good with Jarrod’s goal kicking then?

That has nothing to do with what I was replying to.

He tends to line up at stoppages on the better player from the opposition. Similar to Matho when he was in. It's part of the stoppage setup to free up Neale, Lyons, etc. opponents do similarly to Neale. He also spent time on Dangerfield before he spent more time forward.

Against North he played mostly half forward on Aaron Hall.

I think Selwood just had a bad game. He's not all that good anymore. It's not like Dev is the next Cameron Ling.

Not Adelaide related but Houli could be out for the season.
Makes the Tigers game easier but sad for Houli
From news.com.au
...
The Richmond Tigers say Bachar Houli “will likely need surgery” after picking up an ankle syndesmosis sprain in the side’s upset loss to the Suns on Thursday.
The three-time premiership player went in for scans on Friday and is a strong chance of missing the remainder of the season.

You should go back and read my post, the one you responded to.

You said dangerous forwards kick straight. I listed several that don't. Being an accurate shot on goal clearly isn't always required to be a dangerous forward.

Any updates on Neale getting up for tomorrow’s game lads?

Best of luck and run them silly!
We don’t travel until tomorrow Morning so not sure most here believe Berry has come in early for Neale feel Mathieson will be the Medical sub so we have a back up if he doesn’t travel

We don't know what Dev will develop into at this stage. I humbly suggest it is a bit early to be definitive. I do favour letting him hunting the ball BUT he certainly did a job on Selwood.

I would like him to become a dangerous (and accurate ) forward, much like Bailey until we need him in the middle.

People are reading a lot into Dev and I hope they're right .
