Sometimes things have to get worse before they can get better and i don't think you can blame Malthouse for the state of the Blues . The have alot of selfish personalities and they need to cut some of them loose and get some freshness into the playing list that can play to the coaches expectations . They will be better for it in 2 years time .

Agree. The biggest problem with Carlton even with ratten time at the club was a lack of leadership, work rate and heart. Those are still their main problems and the inference is mick will have the balls to expose them and move them on.
