Great goal but the real GOAT is the commentator. I’m getting used to callers sleeping through our highlights.
I actually enjoyed that blokes commentary at least it,s fair and quite concise I have heard a lot worse than him in fact we hear worse every week,I like Jason Bennett too.

Poulter is taller than some of the players we ask to fill a KP role for us.

If people are prepared to give young KP players more time to develop because history says we need to why not a kid of 194cm currently playing on a wing?

Gets another year for mine and a chance for his body strength to catch up with his height.

If there is no one better available then keep him for another year, but it's been a season of treading water for Poulter, watching others in the queue move past him. He is just making up the numbers in the VFL. Can't see him ever cementing a spot in the senior team.

Oh wow, that was great. He is clearly getting stronger and more confident.
That's the kind of thing that might put him in the frame to replace WHE, for instance - getting to repeat contests with speed and gut running, and the killer finish.

I’ve been a bit critical of him lately but thought he was better yesterday.

He WAS better, even kicked one on his right boot....but then when your team wins by 15 goals you're pretty likely to look pretty good. He ran a lot straighter yesterday.

Great gut run and link play by Poults did a fair bit of this in year one. For the life of me I don't get the hate towards him, imo he's the sort you put time into. Not your short people with poor disposals or questionable kicking skills and limited scope athleticism.

Love Madges 100% intentional leg break, very reminicent of Leigh Brown.

What a man the Madge is, can do it all.

Yet little boy Brown gets gifted another game from Santa

Has some really nice moments, i think he is someone to persist with in terms of development.

I think he is still a long way off being a reliable AFL quality player, but that is not to say he cannot become one when he builds some more core strength and improves his kicking skills.

On the bolded, change short to tall and you’ve got Poulter.

See I disagree I think his scope once he builds his frame is higher then a 178cm of the same ability.
A 178cm player with similar ability probably has better agility for the role they’re vying for. I don’t see Poulter’s height as plus given his play style.

He’s shown more than the Goodyear and Rantall types we’ve recruited but with list spots getting tight and more players securing their spot for next year I think he’ll be the unlucky one to get cut.
