They'll finish 5th I reckon, 4th if Freo taper off a bit which I suspect they will. Big year, lots of travel and a young team, Freo will have to tire, leaving a spot in the 4 open.

I love the Collingwood supporters flair currently. Normal time of the year though isn't it?
Really pleased with the progress, especially after the off season turmoil. Agreed that we will drop some games that we don't expect to, but hey, who doesn't.

i think we should persist with henderson though coz hes still young and shows some promise. the rest are just fringe players based on current form and the one player

And out of the rest they may all be fringe players but they all definitely have shown much potential and are also all under 21 or 22.

I think Carlton are playing some good football and coming up for the big matches. Shown they can mix it with the best and wouldn't be suprised if they were doing in finals time. Should finish 4th, possible 3rd.

Hate to say it but 4th is nearly a lock-in for Carlton IMO. They are playing brilliant football, have very close to the best midfield in the competition, an illusive forward line and a great mix of tall and small in their backline.
St. Kilda are stuffed without Riewoldt (Will finish 5th - 8th), Carltons best is better than Freo and Sydneys best, and Brisbane are gone. Although I had them to finish 11th I had this feeling before the season they would finish top 4.

I guess it is, haven't updated it for 4 weeks. A lot can change in 4 weeks I suppose. I still disagree that Carltons midfield is better though.

i just finished doing my ladder predictor.. so in my opinion they'll finish 7th. things are going along nicely down at carlton tho and have some good years ahead.
