Are you forgetting rob is back?
He matches up really well on Blivcas. Plus we've got 35 meaningless Crouch touches to throw in at the expense of 28 that actually do something. That's a 7 touch improvement.

But… but…The worst possible way to play Geelong at Kardinia is short ineffective handballs or long sky ball entries.
Ever since Dangerfield left we've played them twice in most seasons, if not all.
Actually we've only played them twice in a season once (2019) since 2017. Won't this year, either.
We actually haven't been to Kardinia Park since 2019. Unless you count the women in 2020.
I am still baffled by M Crouch back in.
Totally screws up our midfield. Pushes Berry and Hately down the rotations order. These two have had good games with Crouch out.
Crouch and Laird can't work together in that midfield. They play the same role, and Laird is better.
Can't even argue "experience", he is not an onfield leader. Rarely see him communicating with team mates setting up structures etc.
Terrible selection.

VB was talking earlier on ABC Grandstand about how this sort of game suits Crouch's weapons.
Bwahahaha!!!
Rohan is out injured.Think we'll throw huge numbers behind the ball (after the centre bounce) and try and clog up their forward line. Of course we will hardly score ourselves but we won't lose by 80 points. 10 goals to 4 is my guess.
Gary Rohan to play his one good game of the year.
Making the big calls...
Thommo had more runs in the board and early 30s.He's like Thommo in his twilight years, just totally focussed on his own game and trying to get the pill. Offers nothing to other players whatsoever.
