This... we wasted the 1st 4 games to actually inact what we were talking about in pre-season.

Playing Rachele in the midfield early & Rankine later in the midfield.

Played Dawson on Gov.

Took the game on & gave them something to think about.

Fact remains he DID make those changes tonight AND it resulted an away win against an undefeated team in the top 4/8. If he moves backwards from this point on, you have my permission to blast a rocket up him, but he deserves accolades tonight (even if they are reluctant!).

Both of have done well in the sub role. Maybe rotate through that to keep match fitness up

Not a bad take at all. He ****ed up the first four weeks but got it right tonight. Deserved the bricks for the last four weeks just as much he deserves accolades tonight. IMO.

Well, back to last year's game plan. What the hell happened for the first 4 weeks?

Coaches overthinking stuff. The game plan was great last year - we just needed to develop a way to stop run ons and perhaps defend better in tight games last 5 minutes. Instead we have started much more defensively minded and it has taken away our strengths. A good step forward today!
