Had Walsh not been injured, I imagine he would have been retained for at least another fortnight. Wight should was overshadowed by Walsh last week. It will be interesting to see what he can do this week.

Is there an argument for Griffen's long kicking on the short ground?

Not only his long kicking but he has a large body for a kid so I dont think he'll shirk any constests. I dont think he'll get picked but in the same breath hope he does cause I think he is a really smart footballer.

Isnt it exciting that we actually have to discuss the IN's this year... Depth is a wonderful thing.

After seeing Rocket on the news tonight, Rawlings is there to pad the names out. Unless it was used to throw the scent off of Jade coming back into the team?

Relatively tall for them (young tall Vogels replacing Ball) and a handy lot to choose from, from the named I/C. Not clear whether Williams is fit.

Weather is forecast clear for Saturday & Sunday.

Sounds like good football weather and thirsty work for supporters.

I've given up trying to predict the "ins", but so far "they", and they know who they are, have done well. Still a big and a small would be the safe bet. I feel we might be a bit more adventurous Morgan out to be a cert, we might take Jade as well.

CHF gets bypassed more at the SCG then any other ground. Long kicking will see us go from Gilbee to a midfield runner to the leading Brad Johnson more often than not.

Would not be surprised to see Griffen and Ray in. The Sydney does not give you much room to move. So it really is Get the ball take 2 or 3 quick steps and kick the thing!

I think now Rawlings has been named he will play, although i dont think this game will suit him and i'd rather see Morgan play this week and give Jade one more week at Werribee.

Jade to get the nod with Birss and Ray with Boyd to join Hargrave and Walsh out of the side.

Boyd will be needed in close, as it's gunna be. He's in pretty good nick and I think Rocket likes him.
