Whether it’s tightness or a strain, Moore needs to rest…testing will show signs of susceptibility to injury. Tightness is one such a sign.

Lippa showed last year that he’s best 22, he isn’t at the moment. I’m bringing Macrae back in to take some load of our aging on ball brigade and Jordy who will also probably miss or need a break.

Out: Moore, Jordy, Lippa
In: Cox, Macrae Sidebottom

I feel like I'm generally pretty critical of Lipinski but hé was good tonight. Despite his lack of physicality and inability to tackle he seems to be a lot better in the middle and is surprisingly good inside.

The way Moore was moving around post injury it looks minor but we are 3 games clear so can be very conservative

Noble could hardly move in last quarter. May not get up

I hope Krueger plays back in the 2s today. Strikes me as someone who would be worth trying down back in Moore’s absence.

I love sidey and hate to say this but his impact has been minimal since his injury. I’m not convinced having both he and Pendles in the side is conducive to our best footy. I’m with Ginni back and having a great impact I’m playing Hill on the wing and Ginni into the 22. I love Hill further up the ground. Massive impact both on and off the ball.

So Krugs in for Moore. Ginni into the 22 for WHE. Cox and Cameron line ball for the ruck. Sub out of WHE and Sidey.

Out: Moore
In: Depends on the VFL really, but I'm guessing that we might bring in Cox or Johnson and move Howe back again. Also, there might be a few with nigles who might be replaced....

On another note, it's fascinating that Wil Kelly is about 3 inches taller than his dad and about 300% less tough.
I’m not sure if you can measure in percentage, if you have zero toughness not sure the math works

Genuinely confused about the bullying claim. I was pointing out that Markov cops whipping boy status but played a genuinely great game tonight - as did Ginnivan who receives a lot of love. Thuper thimple thtuff.
Markov is a lock, his speed is electric and his team play great plays is role perfectly. allows Howe up forward also.

Great team effort last night.
Fly has tried Adams 2 weeks in a row running with a player as a soft tag - Sicily and Dangerfield - please no more (I would try Beau).
Ginni and Hill were the real sparks last night for me.

What’s he done to be dropped ? He’s not setting the world on fire at the moment, but he’s going ok. Also injured earlier in the year, you just don’t know how we’ll he’s recovered and how long it will take for him to play with fitness and confidence again.

I do prefer Cox though, he has X factor. Whether he’s on ball giving deft back heels to open players or clunking a grab…he’s also quicker than Cameron and deadly at full forward with quick delivery.

I was replying to someone who thought he'd be dropped.

Its getting late in the season to be swapping key players.

I dunno. 6 disposals. No marks. Consistently beaten in the centre bounces. I think it's a worry.

Cameron dropped everything that came his way tonight. His hands are terrible at the moment. The leeway he gets after games like tonight compared to the lanky Yank is a joke.

Difference is DC going through a rough couple of weeks, much like Elliot or Mihocek during a point in their individual seasons this year.

The lanky Yank does it for years, with a good game or two peppered in between.

It’s the marking that’s the real concern. I reckon the club are fine with what he offers in the ruck contest, but when he’s not marking it around the ground he’s a bit of a liability. Last night he was lucky to be against Stanley who’s a crab. I don’t share the concerns over Cox running out the game so I’d give him a crack over Cameron. I doubt the club see it that way yet.

Great win against the cats.

I may get shot down for this but Cameron needs to be dropped.
He is weak in the contest and honesty isn’t that good a ruckman.
When Atkins just took the ball off him, I just gave up on him because he just looked like he was making up numbers and lacking effort.

Cox is a better tap ruckman and like Ginnivan, may have some fire and give us a spark from coming back in the team.

I think we rest players next week on Marvel, and retool for Essendon the following week. Moore gets locked in a dark room and told to lie down for a week and not move. I'd consider sitting Pendles also, and maybe even not bringing Sidey back in.

Bring in Macrae and maybe Ash Johnson again, although I like the idea of Howe as the third tall forward to go with Miho and McStay, so maybe not.

Lipinski was a large reason why we won.
…. Did we watch the same game???

He was very good last night, best game since returning from injury Aside from impersonating Cale Hooker on the wing chasing Holmes, his leg speed wasn’t exposed and cannot fathom why people want him dropped on last nights performance

I didn't even notice him. He's a myth. What particular part was he good at?
I am not a fan of his but I thought he was reasonable , set up a couple of shots on goal directly in the first quarter when things weren’t going well , 15 possessions in total, much better than the 2 in a half the last game he started on the wing. In saying this though if Sidey is available he will struggle to hold his spot.

Question is whether the coaches are prepared to let go of their silly "we'll play the best team we have" mantr,a which has seen them refuse to manage players (unlike say, Geelong last year who consciously did so and won the Premiership).
