Do we need a direct replacement?Wallis in the middle intrigues me. I think his inside work turned the VFL game on Thursday. Could he be the Dunkley replacement. Hard as a cat's head. Negligible speed difference. Both terrible kicks. Equivalent overhead. Hard worker defensively. Could he be an 80% Dunkley?
Hannan will be in when fit, but he seemed to be on restricted minutes on Thursday night so is probably a week or two away.Other option is that Hunter/Smith play less forward/outside, and we bring in Hannan as opposed to two of Lipinski/West/Garcia/Wallis, which I don't think is the worst idea.
Clay Smith. Even has the same kicking action...
I like your changes. Wally is very experienced and Sweet would be a good back up. Schache could also be in the equation.
Reckon Hannan might need one more gallop at VFL level before he is considered for a call upOut: English, dunkley, scott & jong
In: schache, west, lipinski, hannan
Schache comes in too maintain forward structure. JUH's tank isn't up too AFL standard yet and don't think Bevo will bring him in.West and Lipinski should come in.
Not sure how we replace Tim. Not sure if Martin has the legs to ruck alone these days but in the same vein, I'm not sure a partnership between Sweet and Martin works. Schache, JUH and Sweet all have a case.
Still probably won't Smith to the inside and Monica on the wingCordy on Lynch or Riewoldt scares me to no end. I hope Wood gets up.
Lipinski hasn't played in the guts in the senior side before has he?
Therefore bring in WallyWhy are people having Sweet in this side this week. English has played forward mostly this year Sweet at this stage does not have the skill set of a forward player yet.

It was between hannan and butler for me.Reckon Hannan might need one more gallop at VFL level before he is considered for a call up
Lips game in the VFL was exactly the way Dunks plays so it would be a perfect like for like IF lip is played in the middle. Big if.Smith doesn't have the defensive ability to cover Dunks, and Treloar is absolutely thriving playing an outside game rather than the inside role he played at the Pies.
Would rather bring in West and give him good midfield minutes if we want a close replacement, or give Lipinski his time (despite his defensive game not being a strength).
Hannan looked good in the VFL just think he is short a run. Wouldn't mind seeing Butler getting a run he is progressing nicelyIt was between hannan and butler for me.
He’s a big chance.Jong clearly came into the team to combat Haynes aerial threat on the wing. Ironic they both went down injured.
Richmond don’t have that wing aerial threat. I wonder if Louis butler might get that wing gig.
