are you trying to oust our relationship on to BF?Lets just say Vishy hasn't been walking right for days.
I don't get it. Simply don't understand the direction the club is going with these selections. Just a lack of imagination or purpose after having 2 weeks to think about how to arrest our slide down the ladder after 3 losses
Cole in for Butler is a positive as is the return of Barrass but that's where it ends.
We now have 4 KPDs plus Petrie, Vardy and Darling as talls when a lack of run/pace has been a glaring issue. Barrass should have come in for one of Mackenzie or Schofield rather than Hill because that change unbalances the side and exacerbates a problem rather than address it.
And why Hill anyway? Why not Lecras? If one of the other KPDs was dropped for Barrass we could have brought in Lamb and tried that. Or if we wanted Hill out why not play Karpany who is at least a like for like of sorts and a had an encouraging game against the Giants
I assume we are going to play one of those KPDs as a forward -why not play McInnes who is actually a forward and in decent WAFL form. Why elevate big Fraser off the rookie list if you're not going to select him. It's a pointless elevation
Our midfield has been our weakness yet we make no changes there. None. The demotion to WAFL was good for Barrass as he went back there and rediscovered some form and is now back in the side. Duggan is struggling so why not give him a spell and reward an in form Partington whilst his confidence is up. Didn't even give him the encouragement of naming him as an emergency but put Masten there instead
At least we seem to be making Masten and Redden earn their spots with sustained form in the WAFL rather than bring them back in after a single good game. Bringing an injured Wellingham back through the WAFL rather than straight back into the seniors is also encouraging I guess
I'm a Simpson fan and I've previously understood his loyalty to players by backing them in to turn things around but they're letting him down consistently now
Hopefully there's been some soul searching done over the break and we see a rejuvenated and hungry Eagles side run out tomorrow night that plays like it knows their season is on the line
But the eeyores have won and I just can't see it happening - I'm not seeing what the club are seeing
I appreciate the sentiment but the reality is I'm just a silly old man with too much time on his hands.Without even the slightest hint of irreverence may I say that it's a waste that you're not engaged by the club in some capacity, Keys. Certainly know your shit.

Does anybody know how it works inside at West Coast, specifically between the match committee and the coach?
How much input does Simpson have in selection?
Malthouse managed to drop Worsfold back in the day, part of me thinks that would never be allowed to happen nowadays
Amazingly, will be our best playerFor those living in the East, how has Cole been going at East Perth ?
