Team being backed in after a two week break. Seems a fatalistic team selection but there was a lot of complaints after we didn't swing the axe in the lead up to the Hawks game and that worked out. Black (who put in perhaps the most putrid performance of any player since the round one debacle) and Adams very lucky.
I've said it before all of our wins are purely player driven, because Brad has NFI.

Meh, while relatively uninspiring changes, these are more or less the best 22 players over the last 18 months when factoring in injuries. They've had 2 weeks to physically and mentally freshen up, and I hope it's done the trick. The club and coaches would know better than us, but you would want to hope that Black and Adams have turned the corner.
Hopefully Adams as sub.

Does Wood deserve a gig over Adams?
Sure but the only way for this club to move forward is for the 22 to start taking some ownership of their own performance for a change and act like men.
Put it this way. If those boys genuinely believe they deserve a gig in the team this weekend on the back of the output recently they have put in, then the culture of the joint is well and truly ****ed.
Any football team be it amateur, local or AFL the roots stay the same. You perform you play. We have all been around it and all know the system.
You cant play at senior level like that and not be punished for it. That is a massive no-no. Doesnt matter what team your playing for.

Not much difference between brown and daw. Wood not ready. More over reaction before the game is played. Can't bring in players if there are none better. No matter how ordinary some players have been.
