For a club that has spent decades wanking each other off over "shinboner spirit," they're really having a hard time dealing with a young, injury-ravaged team being labelled as brave for taking it up to a potential premier.

The debt line gets me, too. They're a couple of bad years away from being loaded onto the Spirit of Tasmania and their pitiful facility is the AFL's answer to a hot dog cart, but apparently we're the league's problem child.

The hatred for Bontempelli is baffling. They've just spent a week deifying an intolerable throbbing squirm of a man who has whinged his way through countless tribunal proceedings, and yet they've got an issue with Bont describing Thomas' (clearly intentional) coathanger on Hunter as "malicious."

They're having a laugh if they think one of their players is going to deliberately inflict injury on Bontempelli, too. The clowns won't get a finger on him.

We have the best person to be able to get the 22 who run out, stick to a plan and give their all. We won't leave anything out there come finals and I don't think any side would want to face us in the first week or in a semi final.

Stringer isn't right and shouldn't play this week IMO

Boyd suckling and maybe Morris also shouldn't play, with the finals like intensity that North will bring it will be good for the younger guys to get that experience, because if they are needed to play finals they will have that experience.

Our game against North earlier in the season was one of our worst performances of the year. The reason that it was close is that they weren't all that great either. Waite was the difference between the teams that night.

Sure we have a ridiculous list of injuries but as long as we are fielding a team of 22 players we should aim to win.

For what is really a nothing comment by Bont that literally everybody else has forgotten about North fans seem to have good memory. It's hilarious that they'll think that the club will "target" him because in all reality the club North themselves have probably completely forgotten about what Bont said yet the fans still hold a grudge and have the delusion that the club itself are holding a grudge.

If I were a North supporter I'd be worried more about how the club I support would go about stopping a player like Bont tactically as opposed to any innocuous statements made over three months ago!
