Clarkson sticking to plan to sit out 2022 as Carlton hunt for a new coach
Former Hawthorn coach Alastair Clarkson intends to stick to his plan to spend 2022 outside the AFL coaches box as Carlton continue their hunt for a new coach.www.theage.com.au
Correct. Could be scary money in the end.Clarko only needs to keep saying no and Carlton will keep upping the offer. I wonder just how high they will go.
One of the great Dramedy’s of 2021.Glass houses and all, but I am thoroughly enjoying this Carlton sh*t show.
You eat earlyOne of the great Dramedy’s of 2021.
Was just telling the story to my wife over dinner and she couldn’t understand why I was laughing the whole time.

Makes sense ......apple don’t fall far from the tree thenKids are feral if they don’t.
I'm pretty sure what Carlton are doing to Clarko atm is called stalking.Clarko only needs to keep saying no and Carlton will keep upping the offer. I wonder just how high they will go.
Andy Lee is well known for his defensive structures and system so probably would be the better fit for them imo.Andy Lee and Andy Maher are $41
In all seriousness how can you bet on that? Whoever makes the final decision can leak it out to enough people with distance from them to load up and make a lot of money.
Ohhh that old chestnut...the master tactician.Clarko through his manager is the leak
AFL is about to give him carte Blanche…Would surprise me in the slightest to see him at GC in ‘23…
How much money can you stuff in a large paper bag?Clarko only needs to keep saying no and Carlton will keep upping the offer. I wonder just how high they will go.

Go to a certain Victorian club with more baggage than a Samsonite shop, factional infighting, and a history of wanting immediate success or the coach gets sacked. Or;Would not surprise me in the slightest to see him at GC in ‘23…

Go to a club where you create the culture from the ground up. The AFL would want to you there. Their list is half decent and would get better if he was there by making it a destination club. It's on the Gold Coast
Yeah, I'm not choosing Carlton either.
