That’s fantastic if we want clarification on the legalities of the Australian constitution but I’m not sure how relevant it is to medical negligence and its interpretationCareful, Sideswipe is also a constitutional lawyer. He might rule you to be an "enemy combatant"if you keep arguing with him.
As a health practitioner I’m more qualified than you with your limitations
Careful. You may think Sidey knows fcuk nothing about the law.
The truth is he knows fcuk all.

Top 2/3 ruck in the AFL?! He wasn't even the top ruck at Collingwood. Which is why we traded him for pick 27 and why Sydney has only paid about pick 30 for him on a cut price salary. Even then Sydney only went after him when their 4 club journeyman ruck retired. So many clubs would have been climbing over each other to get a top 2/3 ruck on $600k.If he is that adamant Melbourne might have accept a much lower trade.
Much like Collingwood has had to in recent years on trades including a big name trade in Grundy who was on a massive contract for many years to go.
What did we get for Grundy again who was a top 2/3 ruck in the AFL at the time?
Yeah they are a tight bunch at the dees. Outstanding pastoral careIf that’s correct, it’s disgraceful.
Haha
Haha
Nope
Not a psychiatrist either which is a shame as I might come in handy on here
At the time of his trade Grundy was the number 1 ruck. That was a really fair trade for a 28yo on crazy money who hasn’t had a great season since 2019. The real catch 22 with him is that what makes him the absolute stud he is at his best (his ability to play significant minutes in the ruck) is now starting to take its toll as he’s getting older. IMO, he calls it quits post this contract and will face pressure on his spot in the final year. His last 8 weeks have been poor.Top 2/3 ruck in the AFL?! He wasn't even the top ruck at Collingwood. Lol
Why wasnt he played Friday night, was he injured?Don't be surprised if McInnes is at the Saints next year
Not in our future plans. Anyone currently uncontracted is in big trouble given how proactive we’ll need to be to fill holes on the list. Why wasnt he played Friday night, was he injured?
Mel sham got out as wellAnd there was also Paddy Ryder who left the Bombers because of the impact of the supplements scandal? (Had 2 more years on his contract)
He threatened to go to the AFL grievance tribunal?
Looks niceApparently some psychiatrists have tried to assist here - they quickly identified it as a hopeless task - some of them now live here.

If players are currently suing club doctors for medical negligence, why do you feel Petracca hasn’t got the same recourse?FFS, there is no chance that Petracca going back onto the ground qualifies as “medical negligence”. Even if it was I wouldn’t think it would constitute a breach of the playing contract by Melbourne giving grounds for termination by the player. Although off the top of my head I can’t think of the exact wording used in the contract to set out club obligations.
If Trac, like any player, really wants to leave, a trade will likely happen. His lack of an “I want to stay” statement says plenty. Hard for us to get him though. We would have to give up a favourite son or two.
