For a guy who hasnt played a senior game in 2 years coming off 2 years of injury? He hasnt proved anything as yet. Im hopeful but who knows.

Maybe we hav to be content with an exchange of a first round pick from either port or crows for our third rounder and scharenberg

Port pick 7

That would giv us picks 7/12, 8 and 26 as it is currently on the ladder.

As long as we can get a key forward in the draft ( weideman ) and treloar, im fine with it.

I'd trade Elliott as currency to secure Treloar in a heartbeat. We clearly need another gun in the middle capable of creating play and cover Pendles if he ever succumbs to LT injury.
Doubt it'd be a club to club trade but what we'd need to put up to get it done. Treloar is what we need during rounds 1-22 as a general play maker.
We can cover a small goal kicking forward. Elliot is great for a highlight reel but doesn't appear to be a club man. Elliot would be a real catch for Brisbane or GWS to get bums on seats.
General outs -
Fasolo for a 2nd round pick.
White, Young, Armstrong, Dwyer, Gault, Keeffe & Thomas.

Trade these away for some experience to get our core of 30 better aligned.

I hope we push hard for Schultz at the Pies for 2016, 2017. Kicks straight and has on field presence and I don't recall him melting in front of goal.

Cloke, Moore & Schultz up forward with Reid resuming down back with Brown & Frost. There's a quality key position spine and depth in that mix.

Do not trade Witts, will be a huge mistake. Keep playing both our rucks off against each other until the dominant one emerges then consider a trade a season or two away.

If cox marking improves out of sight u can play him as a key forward. Just as athletic as white is, but he has another foot in height. Imagine if he starting clunking them at 213cm. Oh boy wowee

Dont get me wrong, he is a good player, but im not sure he is what we need, especially if we get treloar.
