Doesn't trade week last for 3 weeks now? Nothing will be fast anyway.

More deals will take longer as the procrastination of 2 years worth of picks are thrown into the mix, what you will find is early deals that are being even more complicated to get done will hold up later trades, other clubs will be sweating because they require certain things, and the list goes on, the whole thing will be an utter disaster, mark my words.

Yea I get that, and that complete annoys me. Treolar? Yes. Aish? No. The kid was good last year, and he could have come with Beams deal, but what's the point now? We have half a decent midfield as it is now, then you add into freeman. Our midfield will be one of the best in the competition by 2017. So I think it's a bit of wasted money to grab Aish.

Plus, everyone would agree that our forward line is probably one of the worst in the league. If Cloke or Elliot doesn't kick a bag each/together- we will lose.

When we were a really good football team(2009-2011): Most of our midfielders kicked 15-25 goals. We"ll get to that stage, but we won't challenge many teams unless we have at least 3 KPF.

I dont know about worst in the league. Earlier this year we were ranked first for marks inside 50s and also our scoring average was high.

Im so excited about another pre season to moore (was severely hampered last year, then tore his hammy in the vfl) and a bit of bulk. At 200cm he can be the backup ruck.

We will have a forward line of cloke, reid and moore. Then we have 2 quality smalls in elliott and fasolo.

I have a feeling abbott is going to be something special too. Then i reckon we can recruit a goal sneak with a 3rd round pick like a jack lonie...or maybe kennedy/blair can lock in a small crumbing role. Plus swan will spend more time forward if we land treloar.

I like how our forward like looks to be honest. But it lacks depth for smalls.

I think Moore need more then 1 Season to get Ruck Strength and would you Risk such a exciting Talent in the Ruck where his Body will get Bashed around?

I'd be stoked with a treloar and aish haul in trade week. Yes I know we have a pressing need for a key forward. But I'd hate to make an impulse purchase for the sake of it and that being the wrong player. For mine, the only key forward I'd like to have a crack at is Patton or lynch. If they're not available let's move on. We need a 20-24 power forward like cloke to partner Moore. I just don't see one in the league that's worth chasing at this current time when cloke still has a good 4 years left in him. Free agency can be our key.

Meanwhile, a midfield led by pendles, Sidebottom, treloar, aish, de goey, crisp, scharenberg, Adams can set us up for 6+ years. Not even counting guys like Kennedy, broomhead, greenwood varcoe, Elliot.etc.
