He'd be a massive upgrade on Frost. At his best he is just as good Reid at CHB, but I might be biased because I'm a massive fan. His 2013 before he went forward was as good as Reids 2011 season.

That's the advantage they we can exploit, that is within the rules. Obviously, any spouse/partner couldn't be paid above market rates via some sponsorship dodgy deal, but assisting them obtain employment in Melbourne is a big Edward McGuire benefit. That along with providing employment opportunities for retiring players with some of our sponsors, on market rates of course, can set families up for life. Something Beams and Thomas will find out once their playing days are done and they're shovelling shit for a living.
I'm a little nervous about trying to trade for Carlisle. Not because of the WADA thing, but rather because it means dealing with Essendon at the trade table. Carlisle is a very good player, but the Bombers are notoriously difficult to deal with at the trade table (considered by most as the worst club to deal with if you believe the scuttlebutt) and if we do land Treloar and possibly Aish I don't think we'd have the collateral to satisfy the club.

Hi all I'm an avid reader. 1st time poster. An old chook I work with is a blues member and very close to Heath Scotland. She doesn't really talk trades, rumours ect but on Friday was adamant of 3 things for next year. According to Scotland
1. Bolton will be coaching the blues
2. Yarran is off to the cats and
3. Henderson is coming to us.
Not sure if it's on the money but thought it might add to the discussion.

Daddy and Brother. Who does Aish have at Carlton? Trigg? Lol, spare me. It's obvoius the kid wants success, and he won't get that if he goes to a club like Carlton.
