Marsh now unlikely to get any takers.

Lonergan an interesting one. Uncontracted and has been significantly lowballed by Geelong, according to his manager. If he came to us, can we just forget the welcome thread and just create a roast thread ?
watch him get pinged for every arm grab he does once he puts on our jumper

Umm...yes it does
Players want to go home, get a decent offer and game time from other clubs and change their minds. This can happen if we are interested in improving our backline with the departures we have and the possibility of Brown leaving. Adams would be better that brining in Mitch Brown which is likely to happen......

Here's a stat for the Mayne Haters, Courtesy of Fantasy Freako.

Freo scored from 24% of Mayne's pressure acts that forced a turnover, 2nd highest % of the top 50.
I don't get the Mayne dislike.
He'll play a role, good luck to him.
Pressure in the forward area is something that will only benefit Moore.
And Fasolo and Elliot if he's back (pun intended).

I agree, but defensively we are going to struggle if we go through with a number of trades proposed this season, an injury or two in an already injury prone defensive line will spell disaster regardless of who we have up forward but yeah, being bold pays if you're in that space, don't think we are though. Also, it would really hurt us in 4-5 years time I think, we'd want to be confident we are in a window.

We arent Mayne haters, we're 500k for 4 years Mayne haters. He is good at what he does but not for the contract he's been given.

Marcus Adams from Doggies wants to return home to WA.........Lonagren is uncontracted at Cats. Could we perhaps swoop on one of these to sure up our back line?
Are our home games being played at Subi ?

Mitchell for pick 88 puts Cloke trade in perspective!
It does and it doesn't the Mitchell trade was orchestrated and driven by Hawthorn, while Cloke may have been pushed out it's him and the 'dogs who want that trade done.

Lonergan would be a good short term prospect. Plays on all the key forwards and rarely gets beaten. I suspect he will still say as his manager said they still working on things but would be worth the question....after all we did give Jong a tour of our facilities........

No.....you're not reading what you wrote, Adams, wants to go back to WA, its right there in your first post on this

He's. not. on. that.
Let it go Rupe. I'm sure most understand he's not on that unless of course they think : 2 x $500k = 4 x $500k.

LOL at Hawthorn supporters. We've traded out all these guys that have stunk it up at their new clubs. Imagine if we traded our existing bnf winner and had originally agreed to trade our 2nd place getter in our bnf. Hell, imagine if Swanny's ankle was OK and he wanted to go on but the club, said "nah, you're done Swanny, we'll trade you elsewhere though"
