It's as insipid a performance in that half as I can recall. We can pick on certain players but it's just an insipid team effort. Frost has been out pointed but at least he is having crack with his limited skills. The midfield is where we are falling down. Outworked, out run, out pressured. Just schooled.

We have only had 5 or 6 decent contributors and nobody has been under more pressure than Brown and Frost

But that doesn't mean Frost has been good. He's lost every one on one he's been involved in tonight.

This isn't to pot him, BTW, he's just out of his depth Reid should have been out there ahead of him to at least provide a somewhat calming influence.

On a side note Scott Burns has so much to answer for because our midfield has been embarrassed tonight. The lack of structure and defensive run from the group as a whole has been pitiful. Every expectation you have of the club heading into the season has been based around the group putting in effort, but aside from a select few it's just been dreadful.

Greenwood, Blair, Brown, Sidebottom and Treloar get a pass so far and that's just not good enough in the first round of the year. It's just so concerning because if there's one game you get up for no matter what it's round 1...

Buddy's been awesome, us not quite so much. Pretty tough to single individual players out but Caff looks to be in trouble, midfield generally smashed so you'd hate to be playing in defence tonight. And I assume we've got a forward line somewhere.

If I could see Caff had nothing to offer long before tonight's game then how is it possible for an elite coaching panel to be blind to his many weaknesses? He doesn't kick goals, lacks pace and is not creative.I'm sure he's a nice bloke though.

Frost is being destroyed because the rest of his team is making it too easy for their opponents. We do not have 1 got player tonight. There isn't a player on the ground hat deserves to be wearing the jumper. I'm especially looking at guys like pendles, cloke and sidebottom.... Big ticket players and I don't really see anything there to justify their pay packets. Everyone else is just as crap. At last fasolo was going in hard. Blair was trying hard as usual.

If this is a sign of hints to come, and I'm a big bucks fan, we will be searching for a new coach by mid year.
