Collingwood's Rolling Best 22

Love the passion on your board! Darcy Moore is a lock in for the starting 18. I assume White has first crack at CHF. If White fails at CHF who is next in line. Additionally with Keeffe returning does this make it harder to play Cox if Grundy is fit and has locked in the ruck position.

I find it interesting that to a man everyone is picking White ahead of Cox. Jesse had a good year last year and played some good footy. Cox still has enormous upside. It will be interesting to see how it plays out. I suspect by season's end Cox will be a permanent fixture. I'm not sure now but I think he's pretty close to line ball with White

I think White pushed well ahead of Cox in the 2nd half of the season but either way, not sure they're competing for the same spot in the 22. Cox plays deep forward, White mobile high forward and more of a 3rd tall. The question is will Cox come on in 2017 to the extent that we can play all of Cox, Moore and White in the same F50? I think he will.

B: Lachlan Keeffe ~ Lynden Dunn ~ Brayden Maynard
HB: Jackson Ramsay ~ Ben Reid ~ Daniel Wells
QB: Jeremy Howe

C: Travis Varcoe ~ Taylor Adams ~ Steele Sidebottom
R: Brodie Grundy ~ Scott Pendlebury ~ Adam Treloar

HF: Alex Fasolo ~ Jesse White ~ Jordan De Goey
F: Jamie Elliott ~ Darcy Moore

I/C: Jack Crisp ~ Will Hoskin-Elliott ~ Chris Mayne ~ Tim Broomhead
Disappointed by the lack of Kirby on display here Mike.

Spot on. I think Jesse White is important because he can give Grundy a spell in the ruck. I see Cox as more of a permanent full Forward once he develops. If Cox can improve again and we have him surrounded by Darcy Moore and White I think one of them will be able to get off the leash more often.

Cox offers something that white can never offer. Pure height.
And if Cox continues his upside direction he would be a lock to be in the forward area.
Relief spells on the ruck.

Cox also at least makes the ball be brought down to adavantage.

Not sure where to start with this Saintly...
I think the Russians are hacking my bigfooty account, it's not just Trump they're helping.

That, or in a sleepless haze I doodled some words only a true poet could conjure up

Is Aish best 22 at this stage?
we don't know

Or perhaps the state-corporate controlled Western media has been manipulating and false reporting you to make you seem weird and unstable and obsessed with penis.

Nah not supercoach. I got a wager with a Pies mate that Aish will be delisted at the end of next year. I was just looking around and saw no one had Aish as best 22 recently. Good for my wallet.
that is a terrible bet. Even if he has a really bad year in 2017 he won't be delisted at the end of next year.. they'll give him another shot to prove them right in 2018.

Borderline. On promise will probably get games put into him but I have Josh Thomas in front personally.

Lol just read about your bet. You may as well pony up to your mate now. He'll be on our list in 2018. In fact the way he's projecting he'll be on our list in 2023 as well. A lot of upside, I just don't think he's quite best 22 at the moment

Just pay your mate now so you don't owe anything later.

Aish I wouldn't call best 22 at the moment because he hasn't done too much since arriving, but he could definitely end up featuring at the expense of Varcoe or Greenwood (who I would still classify Best 22)

I think you're right. White has first crack at the other key forward spot. Cox is clearly next in line. Moore would shift to CHF and Cox to FF. Keeffe will be vying for key defensive position; I don't think he'll influence whether we play Cox or not. Whites form, or lack of it, will likely determine Cox's 22 chances.

CHF or however it's now structured is Darcy Moore
Then various could compete for the second key forward

Cox, White being the candidates

I don't see White as a full forward. If White plays I think Moore plays full forward.

Agree, at least until Moore builds the tank.

I was a bit loose in my language.
A main key forward, a second key forward maybe even a third tall
