If Baker ****s off to Freo with Bolton for 10,11,18 then we put Barrass to open market for the best deal that would be absolutely tremendous.

No way Freo trade all 3 picks. Freo have stated multiple times a desire to have a good pick this year, and have even tried to move into the top order

Cmon Clarke hold strong. Let Baker go to Freo. I'd be very surprised if they offer 10 for him. If Tigers can get 10,11 and 18 for Bolton and Baker then good on em, they should do it. Freo are rarely that accomodating though.

Would love to go to market with Barrass.

That’s a worse deal for Hawks than what was originally proposed (Hawks 1R + F1 with our F2 going back)
Ie they get downgraded from our F2 to Carlton F2

Barrass and Houston trade values should be similar. Port asking for pick 13 plus some for Houston, multiple clubs falling over themselves to get it done

From Richmond's perspective surely an F1 is basically completely comparable to 14. Wouldn't hurt for them to space out their pick haul a bit.

14 and F1 for Barrass and F2 left Hawthorn with 2 seconds next year.

F1 and F1 for Barrass and F2 leaves Hawthorn with 3 seconds next year after the Carlton trade.

It doesn't matter to us as we would have used 14 in the Baker trade anyway. The Carlton trade can benefit both us and Hawthorn.

Houses can be sold very easily these days.

Toms problem not West coasts.
