14 touches from 4 quarters but plenty of voice. Mackay's selection has me worried that he'll be straight back in.

There will be some rust given first game back and short of a gallop, but he wasn't going to get quicker over the preaseason. Such a stupid decision by the club.

Like i said earlier he spent a fair bit of time at half back and looked to have his minutes managed on his return but was tough to watch apart from a couple of link up plays coming out the back line he was terrible today struggled to get involved resorting to bear hugs to stop leads but he certainly wasnt alone wigg greenwood jarman and maybe lever the ones worthy of being in the best today id say

hard to say daughters giving me the run around been impressed with jarman really clean in traffic been cleaned up a few times aswell dusts himself off and gets back involved levers showed class at times with a long goal and breaking a few eagles boys ankles aswell as getting a goal kicked on him and terrible turn over that was lucky not to result in another

That's exactly why the idea of him rotating through half back is absolutely absurd. He's a stoppage midfielder, he's not capable of doing anything else these days. Could have rotated through the forward line in days gone by, but half back would be an absolute joke.

Galluci with 6 whole touches yesterday. Meanwhile, the kid a fair chunk of us thought we should have drafted was near best on last night for the cross town rival against one of last years grand finalists.
