Dont know where your getting your info from Hitforsix, but you really have no idea.... The senior coach had no link to either of the previous clubs and there is quite a few boys from the saints training, have not lost many at all, same for Salesian. And your wrong again, there is a clubbies and with over 20 players already committed!!! Go back and do some research before you come on again......
You are certainly a previous salesian player. I might also add you seem to be very quick to attempt to suppress any bad sentiment towards the club. There may be a number of saints players training but if you read my previous post you would realise I stated the number of previous senior players training at the club is very limited. I dare to say max of 4-5 of last years. Can you please explain your definition of committed to playing?
Have they paid fees and signed up? Showing up to a few training does not suggest they are committed.
I put it forward that if you were to compare the Senior list from the St Marys team at the end of last season to the Senior Team named at st Merger land. it would have no more than 4-5 Ex St Marys and not becuase they wouldn't get a game.
I hope the glory of merging and getting relegated from D2 works out well and the stealing of the Postage Stamp is convienient.

They won the flag in the reserves but they only made the prelim in the seniors. I am surprised though. i would have thought Kirk Norton would have kept the job if he wanted it. They were a very young team last year, i think they will be a better side this year, with the players having another year of development. Should be good this year, watching Werribee and Westbourne slogging it out as powerhouses of the division from the same side of town! Shame that willi just got relegated, would have made for some good 3-way rivalry!
Looking forward to a good year of D2 Footy!
Nick Diker was 2's coach last year and has been promoted to Seniors assistant coach to Kirk. S. Daly is the new 2's coach. No other changes to coaching staff. Some nice pick up of players with no players leaving from senior list. Will be very competitive.
Matt Green??? I heard he has retired???

Helping out with the coaching. Teaching all the young guns. Can still play. In great condition

Oi...dizwah, how you going on the Hot Dogs? Heard you set a record down at Parkmore kiosk with a certain accountant! Apparently Griff19 goes ok too....hahaha
For an old bloke......
It was the roast beef rolls that got me, not the hot dogs......
That canteen will be missed.
Griff...i heard a certain young lass was the reason you will be missing the canteen...not the roast beef rolls
How did i know that was coming!!!
She will be missed also....
You going to turn up to training on a more regular basis by the way?????

Hey nipples, I hear the wheels have fallen off down at Kardinia Park?At least he has hair
Hey nipples, I hear the wheels have fallen off down at Kardinia Park?
I also hear Werribee are struggling for numbers, and the club 18 side has been ruled out for 2008. Have you heard the saying - the fish rots at the head??
Sorry Yaga, that spot has been reserved by Javo!I think the club needs bees back. Just the presence he has around the club is amazing. Hey nipples any chance of getting a bronzed statue of him near the canteen?
Spoke to a mate of mine today and he said the opposite. Had 45 on the track last night and reckons no one wants to commit to help run the clubbies so it wont go ahead. The ground in great shape as always at this time of year, terrible later.Hey nipples, I hear the wheels have fallen off down at Kardinia Park?
