Hi, just wondering whether anyone can tell me how two recruits Grant Connors and Ben Hutton from Old Westbourne are going. I am from the NCFL and watched these two be a dominate force ON and OFF the field in the last couple of years, just wondering whether their form is holding up going into a new league!!! or whether they have found any bowling greens in the district!!!

Just had a look at the Power House website. They proudly boast about being D grade premiers last year, except they left out one important detail...it was D4!! I am sure it was a simple oversight to leave out the 4.

Big differnece between D1 and D4 guys. Let's stick to the truth.

Very little out of the boys from the West since Saturday's game. Would love to hear why the draw when a perfect season was all but in the bag!

Mcglede, no one has been saying a perfect season is in order, we have some big tests over the coming weeks which will show us where we are exactly at. So far we've played the bottom sides so it's hard to get an indication of what to expect when you have 4 wins by 90+ points.

Another slow start on the weekend hurt us. and ultimately our goal kicking is why we didn't win. 3 goals 9 in the last quarter wont win you games.

Interesting to see how Elsternwick felt after the game as they had a 4 goal lead half way through the last?

Ivanhoe - good effort to draw with a top side - yet poor form to blow that lead.

Hawthorn - very slow start - great effort to get back.
