Just put on your old school tie MASTER WAZ,and take a leaf out of the book of the schools a little bit up stream of you,grounds are very nice,and even further up stream they are just as good ,maybe they had your idea on the yarra before you did?

So whats news at BHN? EP? NB? etc? Getting numbers on the track? New recruits? New Sponsors?

North Brunny - trained before xmas for 5/6 weeks - don't start again til 28/1.
Numbers were good early in the piece. Would seem we have picked up some players abut proof will be in the pudding from 28/1 onwards.

How's the new coach going? Was Eley Park's coach last year? I assume he brought a bit of talent with him OZZA?

Is that Broadbear?? I didn't know he made a move.

Pre-Christmas there was half a dozen to 10 on the track on at least 2 occasions from my sources. There's a lot of time between Christmas and the end of January to lose all of that good early work.

Joe D'Angelo from the Cobras is at Nth Bruns. Broadbear is coaching at EP again in 08.

Trying to get Kane Penhaluriak to give up his AFL dreams and play for the centrals. Though we might have some competition from BHN in that regard!

He'd have to be related to the bloke (from memory it was Frank) who fought against longer opening hours for big businesses woldn't he?

roostertalk - do you source most of your players from the school or do you have a mixture of blokes from all places. these days teams in the VAFA with school affilations tend to go well and progress up the grades.

also has SFX just recently formed or have you come over from another league. (i know you played clubbies last year)

Correct, Joe D'Angelo is the new North brunny coach. Has been terrific so far and enthusiasm around the club (pre-xmas) was excellent. Hopefully one or two new (yet familiar) faces that turned up - continue to train and are a part of the club this year.
