This is such bullshit

who is to say this guy didnt start them first?

and everyone just assumes it was all swans fault

its takes 2 to tango this guy is just another money hungry yobbo who probally intentionally got into a fight with someone of fame just to milk some media attention and sypathy from the general public and its has worked.

Must admit, that happens a lot. :thumbsu:

Yeah, he was beaten into the ground by three fit athletes, for media attention and money.

It was a three on one fight. And I'm sure he wasn't as tall or strong as any of them. It takes two to tango, sure, what dance do four people do? Three vs one waltz?

I don't know who started it, and the guy that was beaten up could have been a complete tool, but three on one beat him unconscious. He is left with brain damage, and scars.

It's not Collingwood culture, just ignore what team he plays for, and look at it for what it is. A violent and vicious attack.

Do you actually think before you post?

Have you met him personally to know he definatly 100% has brain damage??

ill believe it when I see it for all we know he could have just got pushed over and the loser fabricated it all??

Mr Celano, of Preston, was left with fractures to his eye socket, cheekbone, wrist and nose, bruises to his ribs and chest and lacerations to his shoulder.

Did he fake that?

have you met him personally, how do you know he isn't faking it?

Mr Celano, of Preston, was left with fractures to his eye socket, cheekbone, wrist and nose, bruises to his ribs and chest and lacerations to his shoulder.

hard to fake those injuries and i'm fairly sure that CT scans would have been presented to the court to determine whether or not Mr Celano received brain damage

No.
But i am pretty sure medical reports would be presented in court documenting this along with the actual physical injuries he sustained from the attack.

You do realize their were witnesses and security guards were also attacked.

The only loser is you for blaming the cleaner for essentially going to work and getting bashed up.

Now i ask again do you actually think before you post? Or is one of your hobbies making yourself look stupid?

Hey by all mean critisize my posts thats what forums are for

but im just saying its easy for all of us to get sucked in by the media and go on the portrayed "victim's" side when it could have easliy been his fault as much as swans and co.

and I wasnt saying he was faking the injuries but Brain damage??

I only will believe it when I see it or talked to someone who actually saw it happen

you have to look at both side's.

None the less swan and co. should have realised they are in the publics eye at all time's, one of the perks of being a footballer at AFL level and they should have avoided such stupid act's. and avoided to much alcohol.:thumbsu:

It would have been decided by people with knowledge in the field, doctors and psychiatrists who presented medical evidence to the court that there was brain damage.

Yeh he looked gutted coming out of the Court hearing.

You write about it, as though they were just caught urinating in public.

I read that news report, the same way I would have read any news article (in abundance these days) of a violent beating on a sole person by a group. I don't care who he plays for, or if the guy aggravated them in the beginning, three of them punched and kicked him untill he passed out....

And as for only believing it when you see it, or talk to someone who has actually seen it, are you kidding?
I don't think Isaac Newton had anything to do with the three laws of motion, because I didn't see him working on it, and I haven't talked to anyone that has.
Same goes for the twin towers.
So none of that really happened?

Yes there are two sides to a story, so why can't you see both sides?

I can see that Mr C may have instigated the issue, but that doesn't excuse Swan and co from beating him to the ground, 3 on 1.

He followed the security guards and hit a bloke with a maglite. He should of stayed at work.

There were 4 vs 3. Don't forget the security guards who chased the 3 of them and ended up in a fight with them.

That story is completely one sided. It makes out like they went on a rampage beating everyone near them for no reason why people looked in shock. Complete bullshit.

They were outnumbered and chased/confronted. They won the fight, went over the top but didn't randomly attack a poor cleaner minding his own business

Swan was the least involved, he is the only one who is famous though. The article is so one sided it's not funny. It's titled "Magpie" refuses to pay or whatever. There is 3 people involved, not one magpie. Their lawyers say they plan to honour the commitments so the title is bullshit anyway. The article is just an excuse to bring the story up again.

This is Kade Carey's version of events

http://the-speccy.blogspot.com/2008/...ade-carey.html

During sentencing, the judge acknowledged that you were "provoked", while Swan and Ramsay joined the fight to help defend you

I suffered a burst eardrum and two black eyes. Aaron had a massive cut under his eye. In hindsight we should have charged them. We were told we may be charged, but we thought it would blow over because they were fighting just as hard as us. We were not charged till one year later.

I remember being hit pretty hard with something, but I was that fired up I just kept fighting. When we got the video of the fight, it turned out I had been hit in the head by a mag light. Which is a big police torch, by the cleaner. Which he admitted in court

You don't go to the "Big House" for petty crimes such as "embezzlment from an employer" & organized price fixing/cartels:thumbsu:
Still haven't tabled any documentation that shows Nicholls spent time in the Pen yet Panther.
That link that Gibbinator posted proves nothing, anyone can make a claim & post it on the Internet.
Rumours were around when I was a kid that he embezzled & spent some weekday detention somewhere & was allowed out to play on weekends.

Rumours Panther. I have never seen any evidence of it though.
To say it was Bank Robbery seems to be the typical uninformed bogan Collingwood supporters we all know.

Didak, Swan, Millane, Banks, Tarrant, Johnson... Just how many anti social thugs can a club employ and still not care.
Collingwood culture I guess.

I'm getting sick of Collingwont supporters sticking up for this filth.

Do you think he gives a stuff about you, he wouldnt piss on you if you were on fire. He doesnt know you, he wouldnt want to know you, so why stick up for the bloke.
If he saw you in a Collingwont jumper, he's not going to cross the road to talk to you. And if you gave him and his hero mates some lip, they'd poleaxe you quicker than a Cyril Rioli tackle.
