1) Keeping geriatric players on your list and not delisting them like normal clubs do
2) Not moving on personnel responsible for CM and hamstring-gate, leadership fail.
3) Too slow to blood youth, struggle to retain young talent on list
4) Keeping coaches who have previously proved they are not up to it
