Only two, obviously intelligent people managed to look through the Chooks previous weeks and tip them in an upset, this sees them hit the top of the all important ladder. 
And yes, only one remakeably brilliant, obviously handsome tipper has taken the lead on his own. It may not last so he will gloat as loud as he can now.

Rain Rain Go away, I hate standing in the rain, and paying too much for beer, and parking too far from the ground and not being able to see the other side of the ground and that stupid spin around thing the boundary umpires do when they run back to the centre, but I do like it when my missus says 'It's too wet, I'm not coming'

Be interesting to see how all this rain effects the round's results, although can't really see any upsets.
Northcote Park vs Bundoora. The Cougars haven't beaten the Bulls for a couple of years and can't see that changing here.
West Preston vs Heidelberg. The Tigers are staring a third successive lost (when was the last time?) with the Roosters starting to get some form, and players, back.
Lower Plenty vs Montmorency. Another tough assignment for the winless Bears with the Mighty Mont Machine looking to easily claim the Patterson Cup.
Greensborough vs Eltham. A bit of a difficult one to predict with the Panthers on a roll and the Burra needing to get a win after three successive losses.
Whittlesea vs Macleod. Another interesting matchup with both having lost in recent weeks to the Panthers. The win last week by the Kangas should get them over the line here against the Eagles.

Northcote Park vs Bundoora - Could nearly tip an upset here, they say every win brings you closer to a lose, will the Cougar be capable of such a thing in the forcasted conditions, I reckon they will get close but no cigar. Tigers by 12p.
West Preston vs Heidelberg - Stayed with the Roosters last week and they looked after me, they seem to be a bit hot and cold but at home and with Presti back I give them a chance at knocking off the Tigers. Roosters by 12p.
Lower Plenty vs Montmorency - With the impending rain and small ground the Bears could keep them in the game but the Maggies will holdon and even kick away for a comfortable win. Mont by 40p.
Greensborough vs Eltham - One loss for the year has the Panther up and about. This will be their first test in a few weeks and if history is anything this will be close. Rain, wind and mud will make this not much of a spectacle but a slog out, Panther to hold on in a low scoring game. Panther 15p.

Some upsets this round saw what could be the worst tipping ever seen. Heaps of zeros and ones. Shows how close the competition really is.
