and get draft picks even high ones eg: 70 and draft players under 24 years old no higher.

That's why I'm glad you're not working at the FFC. Aside from the ridiculous financial ramifications from delisting about 20 contracted players what about guys like Hayden and McPharlin who you have overlooked? To old I suppose...

The reality is we aren't going to delist 30 players as you've suggested. It will be somewhere in the 4-8 range along with about 4 retirements. That's 12 players which is a fairly substantial turn-over of your list in one season. Add a minimum of half that number next season and that's at least 40% of our current list in 2 seasons.

This is my point. Mundy has been playing like someone who doesn't want to be at Freo. In that his efforts have been real ordinary whats to say he doesn't do the same at his next club. The guy has talent but has not done him self any favors by not putting in. I just hope who ever we get for him has the same skill level but a greater sense of belief. I wonder whether The Dons would consider a straight swap for Paddy Ryder?

That's two weeks in a row then E Shed, so probably fair to say he's got some kind of issue. He does seem to be struggling, but unfortunately I don't think we've got a lot of depth to call on at this stage to give him a rest.
