He's short. We always get one or two of those, and some of them are very, very good, but right now we need tall, and preferably big and tall.
As long as we stop drafting short ruckmen as KPP prospects or short talls hoping they will grow some more like Tredrea did.

Fremantle would be offering these players come trade week, Peake, Thornton, Murphy, Farmer, Duffield and possibly J. Carr?

Would u be interested in any, Fremantle may target Surjan.

All those players you mention are hacks and I wouldnt see Port trading anything for any of them (with the exception of Carr).

There still is a chance Fremantle could finish above us I reckon as we are still to yet play them again and they are still to play West Coast.

Does anyone think Pearce + pick #4 would land us pick #2 or #3? And more importantly, is it worth doing? I really want us to make a play for Rich - I understand the need for a CHF, but all we really need is a placeholder KPP, ala Matthew Robran from the Crows, who was good but was no Carey. To those who disagree, I present Geelong - the only GREAT forward they have is Steve Johnson (and Daniel Motlop would do just as well in their setup). But yet the forward line is made to look like world beaters because of the service from the midfield. And as Rohde said, this draft is awash with talls - with our second rounder their should be at least SOMEONE who can take a contested mark and kick straight.

Thomson, Salopek, Boak and Rich - that would be a handy midfield to have going into the future :D

As I said earlier in the thread, Id be happy if all of our picks are talls this year. We need it.

Please give up on this Josh Carr crap, he has the pace of my grandmother and she's been dead for 10 years, you might not see much of him in adelaide but i'm telling you he's totally washed up, would struggle to play WAFL. We need to move forward not backwards.

But if Josh could run underground like your grandmother there is no one in the league that could catch him. :D
