Milestone:
Ligma 50 SFA games

View attachment 1796046

Ligma is undoubtedly one of the most successful 50 game players of all time.

With 2 premierships at two separate clubs in the last 2 seasons, including a Deestroy medal in Season 34.
She is bidding to go 3/3 with the Dragons in Season 36.

Posting wise she has already made an impact with her apparent dislike of anime and weeb culture already inspiring plenty of weeb posting.

Well done Ligma, congratulations on playing 50 games. Hopefully there will be plenty more games with the Dragons to come. :thumbsu:

Some very nice stats posting-wise, as we look at the latest results as of Rounds 3 and 4 (with Round 5 soon to wrap up).

serial_thrilla once again tops the total post count, courtesy of his Round 2 blitz. Greenery and myself continue the weird trend of keeping very close posting numbers to each other, although I fell slightly back in Round 4. The biggest jump the last fortnight would have to be King Tenz, who through the first couple of rounds highest posting count was 18. Well, he got pretty cozy with the Wonders somehow and it unlocked something, because he had a mammoth 170 posts in that Round 3 thread with the West Coast mob and followed up with a superb 78 the next week.

Ligma and Supersuns continued their nice form as new Dragons while the rookies in big_icky and Drizzy kept engaged, and also pleasingly, we saw the return of Ge3ks!

Most pleasingly though, and it's always worth re-iterating for the newcomers, is the engagement across the board. Just showing up and contributing to match threads, regardless of post count, is the most valued thing. And we have more active than inactives and that's always a sign of a healthy club. On that note, the last two rounds saw us hit 18 and 20 posters contributing respectively, with our match thread % over half each time (53 and 57% respectively). Great stuff!

Keep it up everyone, and hell, if we manage to get the likes of A Swallow, Ashman OG, Matt_352, Mooresome, Lbaddie29, Stoods and VandoHawk popping in, we'll have engagement numbers like rarely seen before. Go Dragons!
Any chance for an update here? Wanna see if I'm up the top yet.

Another few weeks down and we have a new club house leader! Or should that be 'king'?

After spamming to high heaven being very busy, King Tenz is on top of the posting numbers, averaging a whopping 113 PPM and being the first Dragon in a while to unseat serial_thrilla (his recruiter, no less).

Otherwise, the general posting numbers and engagement ticked over quite nicely. The last week versus the Gumbies was quite quieter, although that is to be expected. This saw us dip down to 16 posters in the thread, although we still had 54% of the thread contribution. We were a bit better with the Furies, which while it was way short of anything like #grandfinalrematch, still saw us with 18 Dragons in the thread and a touch over 51% of the thread contribution.

Interestingly it was the week before (Round 5) that was by far the most active, with the Demons. In a thread with a whopping total posts of 2169, we fell slightly short in the total contribution with 47%, but had 20 Dragons present so more than held our own against 'the best posting outfit in the league' (so says Admin). This was also the thread that saw King Tenz amass a huge 293 posts, the next highest being serial_thrilla with 149 posts. This was also the first breaking of the ton for Ligma (118).

Still besides the obvious big post numbers, what is particularly pleasing is (besides the obvious inactives ATM), we have a very steady contribution from everyone, whether it be big or small numbers. Club stalwarts Pie 4 Life and Ljp86 are averaging over 15 PPM each (with the latter's death being greatly exaggerated by the Blunders) and new Dragons such as Ligma with 51 PPM and Supersuns and big_icky sitting pretty at 20+ PPM.
I also have to commend Drizzy, who at just shy of 10 PPM, is almost averaging double figures despite having little to no BigFooty and especially SFA experience before, so that's a really nice effort :thumbsu: It can be tough enough for even long time BigFooty posters to find a way to gel with others in threads and engage in the SFA sometimes.

Anyway, we're in the Bye this week, with the Phoenix to come next week. Enjoy the week off (or join us in our Bye thread) and let's turn up in a fiery force against the artists formally known as the Hawks!

Awesome work legends.

Look forward to coming back in a few weeks.

So there was perhaps a tad bit of Bye-hangover, but otherwise not too bad. We continued on from our Gumbies clash pre-bye by facing the Fire Chooks and maintained 16 posters and around 50% Dragon contribution to the thread.

The Roys well... the numbers speak for themselves. Besides King Tenz somehow still hitting the tonne (and enjoying laying into the Roys probably helped), it was by far the weakest week for us. We just couldn't engage with the Roys and didn't click at all. None of us leaders could even top 30 posts. Credit to young Drizzy for finding a way to get to 46 posts though, his highest tally thus far. We only dropped down 1 poster to 15, it was just the overall engagement we struggled with.

The OOBs was a bit of return to form (and no wonder, besides a bit of backstory and a much anticipated clash, we would have plenty of posting energy conserved from the Roys clash). In a thread second only to the Demons thread in total thread posts (2169 vs 2132) we held our own, just a little off 45% Dragon contribution with 933 total Dragon posts. Although it should be noted, of that total, DragoDelph had 250 of them!
Yes, welcome back to our beloved DragoDelph, who came back into the team after doing his SPAM FL tour and absolutely hit the ground running, hitting that ridiculous number and keeping himself within the top 10 poster count with just 3 official games under his belt.

King Tenz continued his 100+ trend, now averaging a whopping 124 PPM (all this while gatecrashing elsewhere !?).
Otherwise, good consistent contributions continued across the board, though we'd love to get up closer to 20 posters again!

Anyway, we're with the Warriors this week so let's give 'em hell!

Arguably the best full back in the league - clearly in the top two at worst - and an active contributor in every match thread.

What a season from the skipper. :star:
