If that's true, what kind of senior players do we have. Not exactly role models or players for the young ones coming in to look up to.

Murphy seems like a great guy off-field, he'd deserve leadership group status if it was solely based on off-field stuff. Shame his play doesn't live up to the standard

This all stems from a lack of senior leadership at the club at the management level. Whether or not you agree with it, if the leadership group wanted to reprimand Rachele, they have a right to do that. It's that they had nobody to tell them they would be insane to air their grievances publicly which is really shocking to me.
