So he should be, has shown a commitment to Keillor well before they were a powerhouse, is a key part of their fabric.
The points system is a joke anyway and should be removed, does nothing to help the league other than ensure the powerful clubs with strong junior numbers can go unchallenged by those ambitious clubs like Avondale, Pacco and Marcy.

I think the points system works well as the salary cap is being rorted by the old brown paper bags and the only thing keep teams some where near honest is the points system .I think you mean marby not Marcy who are now starting to reap the benefits of their junior program as they have a heap of talented young men coming through from their juniors and from the u19 premiership team from 2018 who are all 1 pointers.

Yep I got it wrong when I was reading the points allocation a few weeks ago, it states you may be a one pointer at more than 1 club, and you the years don't need to be in succession for the points to drop back, which makes sense, it still staggers me how metro clubs have the highest points allocated in the state, but that's footy nowadays,
I think you should just have a minimum amount of 1 pointers required and go for your life on the rest as long as it's line with salary cap, which most clubs stick by

It staggers me how many people involved in local football don’t understand the points system, this is its 6th year. Browne is a 1 point player for Keilor.

But that makes to much sense for the AFL vic donkeys. Why implement a cap if you don’t police it when notified and well aware that certain clubs could be over if. Some well over.

Paul Ahern clearance to Pascoe Vale.

Walk the other way and come to Lakeside to watch the battle of the last 2 Div 2 premiers. Might be a better game

On SM-G960F using BigFooty.com mobile app

I'd have to drive to Roxy and I need the exercise, plus I can catch up with people from both clubs at DS.

I look forward to your review Auck. Might be a tough day for your old mob mate. Good luck

Donald D
Will be a tough day indeed Donald, and an even tougher season. As bad as 2017. Looking at the side from GF day 2019 these are the outs. Jesse Davies, Steve Boyall, Corey Vianni, Tye Browning, Josh Young, Brent Gordon, Shannon Smith, Dom Micallef, Sammy Laffan, Jake Piggot. Possibly Mcerlain too i am told. Thats 11 players if i count correct! Half of the side from that day and some very good players at that. They have not recruited at all. It’s a real shame it has happened again but there must be a reason behind it. You cannot go up to premier with a 10-12 goal worse off side than you had in div 1. Unfortunately the eagles wont get close to winning a game this season but i hope some young guys get a great taste of top suburban footy and take plenty out of it.

Finally, 12 months late, but EDFL is back how great is it. Good luck to all the boys enjoy it it’s been a long long wait !
