Hold on a minute 9 of you clubs in Premier Div. don't go wasting your time with practice matches and such .... After listening to the experts(for want of another word) it seems the cup is already on it's way to the engravers ...... With a dozen or so of the best available footy talent in Australia headed to EDS it will surely be a matter of just going through the motions for them........ How will they do it ... some WILL ask ...you can be certain of that

all the so called expects are Doutta people and there mates, they know nothing.

Arrgghhh , Spewn' , was all cranked up to get there nice and early with mu slab of VB plus 6 woodstocks for when I finished mu slab, packet of Horizon 50's.. to watch the Magpies against Marby... Heard you lot got a good BBQ goin' , was gunna mosy around the back of the tent to slip mu hand through the back to grab a freeby..

Think it will just be a junior club for now mate. Hearing Abers unhappy to lose there 2nd ground and might look at using the space at Keilor Park.. Marby worried also about losing a number of players and might affect new younger numbers..

My understanding is Ascot Vale will only field an Under 9s team this year. So for this year at least I can't see how it would impact Abers too much with only 1 time slot taken. Unless Ascot Vale want to charge rent of the groundas well as take back control of the canteen. Which wouldn't be a bad option to create funds for future teams.

fantastic that the clubs stood up to the edfl and got the ridiculous sunday games put back to the saturday.

honestly cant understand the reasoning behind ascot vale coming back, the area is congested with clubs as it is. and then to put them in red and black and be the panthers. comical
