Would love to see the breakdown of handballs and kicks plus tackle numbers.
Seemed to be a bigger emphasis on defensive pressure in game 2.

My rankings update will be out on the 3rd of June, it’s far from settled and I’m really hoping the weekends game between Country and Metro can help me shuffle players around. I’m tipping my next rankings will be completely different to July’s rankings once I’ve seen SA and WA more. SA’s Will Day is one that really intrigues me and is the player I’m most looking forward to seeing how he performs playing at this level.

Jamie Coff is the one I'm most interested in along with Dyson Hilder.

Just in respect of the SA Boys did you catch SA's trial on the weekend against Glenelg Reserves ? If so thoughts ?

Hey eDPS I'm sure I've asked this before and you've probably answered, but what type of player is Louis Butler?

I've read he's playing as a small rebound defender Sandringham. What is his speed and defence like?
Jake Lloyd type, high possession winner and prefers to kick. Watched him play as a midfielder in a practice match last year and really took my eye. He is a hard one for me to rate since he seems uncontested in defence yet looked happy enough to win his own ball when he played midfield, not sure on his range yet and 20 might be too high so hoping to see how he goes at champs

As butlers number 1 fan boy do you see him as a mid long term? Sad to see you have him so high was hoping he would be a late pick lol..

I would hope so but I would need to see him play as a midfielder again to be sure, the fact he has been used exclusively as a defender so far would suggest Sandringham have no plans to give him midfield time

I would say Charlie Dean, a few others from interstate could make claims like Daniel Sladojevic and even Fischer McAsey who can play at either end. I’m yet to see Jackson and Bryan as competent up forward so hopefully they can spends some time there in the champs. Brodie Kemp can play as a key forward due to his leap and contested marking but prefer he play as a mid long term who goes deep to be a dangerous target not taking the tall defender.

Been watching Bryan recently across different games, has played a key full forward role on rotation from ruck and towers overs defenders using all 202 cm to his advantage in almost all contests. Watch his pack running, for his size the agility he possesses is elite, splits packs like a mouse and looks out of place for how tall he truly is. Committed, tough as nails, huge man, can play a FF role and take marks, best agility in the country for his age and size, and very rarely loses a ruck tap. IMO huge yes for his selection this draft and wont be overlooked with the fitness he holds, give him 3 years on the program and he will eb bred into the next Grundy.

Don’t think I’ve ever had this much trouble with ratings, hoping more vision of WA and SA players will help solidify it for July, don’t think I’ve ever had a more open field with not much separating those in the 25-45 range particularly. Top 2 the only ones set in stone at this stage

Surely Young and Ash up up there as top 5/6 prospects.
