Fantastic to see The Chad back in and no risk on Mills.
Absolutely, the lessons of 2016 have been learnt

If they are bringing in Bell, means there is no vote of confidence in Reid regaining his form. Time probably up here
? Don't think you can relate those two things

It's a pretty substantial railing to get over, and then a pretty substantial drop onto the pitch. Pretty much impossible for any kind of tsunami of people type situation, not without some really, really horrific scenes.
Shame the old Subiaco Oval is no longer. I recall Mickey O was perfectly able to have a little catch-up with a few Weagles fans.

You cant watch that clip too many times

One thing I can never hate about Bell is his commitment. Don't know how he played in reserves, but I imagine he must've had a decent game to get the call-up.

I have a feeling that Longmire is expecting a very physical game, and if that is the case I would want Bell in ahead of Campbell.

Also, looks like Fox may be our fix it up man, dedicated sub.

GWS will come out very physical, don't mind Bell in. Tackles hard and happy to throw his body around.
He's certainly capable of doing that, but in his last month of footy (4 games), he got 6 tackles in total. Hopefully he can reproduce a few of his earlier games. If he runs hard, provides pressure and gets physical, he'll earn his spot. I'm not overly confident though.

And yes I watched all of the games, I checked stats to see if there was something I was missing.

I'm very confident in our midfield. A midfield group of Parker backed by Hewett, Rowbottom and Warner will deadset cause GWS more headaches than a midfield of Parker backed by Mills and Kennedy. They want it to be a scrappy contested game as that is where they have the edge on us. We will make it an open game that is too quick for them.

Look at GWS’s midfield it’s their strength. We aren’t close with Mills and Kennedy out.

Gil can get F..ked. Did he take a pay cut like the rest of the players? His salary and half his cronies About 6-8 (and this is legit) are on $2m+. Where in international sport does the administrators earn more than the best players? Gil salary should be linked t(and not in the vicinity) of average top 10 players salary.
Try looking at the NFL where the chairman makes about $40m per year

Let's be honest, we aren't that close with those guys in and them at full strength. At least this way, when we lose the clearances, we have a more dynamic midfield to react to turnovers and use the ball better when we do have it.

Yes but they are a midfield that gets the better of ours when we run with a slower, heavier and more flat-footed midfield group. Recent match-ups (round 18, the derby last year in Perth) show they struggle when we go with a lighter, more dynamic midfield.

Against most teams I would not back our midfield in minus JPK and Mills. Against this mob, I think it plays to our advantage.
