First, my reply has nothing to do Zorko or fighting another teams battle. Everyone here knows I'd have him off the list tomorrow.

You've got a couple of players up in your forward line who carry the campaigner tag around these parts, one of them most definately likes to pick fisghts and shove players faces in to the turf.
Dont all teams have these players ?
Im sure there is a couple at the lions as well

* Who is the 2nd player in our Foward line ?

I realise the mood is pretty down (and with good reason), but I am very confident we'll win this game. Think we'll win the following week 2 (unless Sydney somehow upset Melbourne - but I can't see that happening).

Haven't felt this empty in a while tbh. I know I shouldn't feel this way given we're playing finals and that's something that 10 other teams can't say, but I've lost faith in this group's ability to rock up in the big games. Part of it is personnel and part of it is leadership IMO. Clearly, our prep is flawed because what we trotted out against melb is not on.

Coach's biggest challenge yet - we've been basically written off in Melbourne and Tigers are planning their game v Sydney with typical swagger.

If we start the same way we did against Demons , the coaching staff will need to answer serious questions. Look at what the Pies have done this year ..

If we can block all of the noise and get through to next week with a steel mindset on winning and nothing else we are a good chance to win. This is Fagan's biggest test at people management. In my opinion if we win then he is right person for the job.
I guess I'm optimistic that if we can beat the tiges and regain some confidence, who knows. We'll be under estimated by most teams which might actually play well for us. Also if we beat Richmond we're just back where we were last year in the semi finals

I'm optimistic we can win it and in a strange way the goings on of the last few days from the way we played to the aftermath could be a catalyst to bring everyone together and put in a total team effort.

Pies have confidence and belief at the moment. We're very samey at the moment, which is worrying given the glaring holes in our team rn.

Who knows, maybe the club will galvanise and use the "us vs them" mentality - especially since their backs are against the wall and they're easily the most under-pressure team in the 8. If that can't get them up then nothing will.

Morning.. I come in peace. Interested to know if there is any wash up yet on Jarrod Berry's ankle injury?

After much soul searching I've bitten the bullet & bought tix. Sec 425 row GG happy with that. No delays with me. low demand at the moment I think.
Yeh well, wasn't going to be honest, like most a little dissapointed with certain things , no need to go there, right.
But the other half said you should go and support the boys when their down.
That was enough.
Our normal section 225 second row fromthe front Row B on the aisle .
To be honest didn't want that last home game to be the last for the year , left at three quarter time for the early train.
Time to get over it I reckon.
Lets get behind the boys and hopefully get a dominant crowd going .
