This is all about Elons ego.
He knows he has been blocked by many. This is to force people to be able to see his content and account again.
And likely to try and force more advertisements into our faces, in a desperate move to get more money into a free falling product.
I blocked accounts who are those angry cooker, conservative, racists, sexists, questionable content, bots. Since X ignores my algorithms and shows me accounts I have a complete hatred for, and none of the stuff I like to be engaged with. The block buttons is a key safety feature against online harassment and stalking too.
Also not sure that they can remove the block feature anyway, as it goes against the Google Play and/or Apple store conditions. Thus X could find the app removed from the stores completely.

Following lists in chronological order, so not great unless you are on your phone 24/7.
Sometimes you want to open the app and see what you have missed overnight or while you were away. The only way to do that is For You, and then get a punch of nazi and white supremist propaganda to go with.

He’s now at the level of rich where they tend to fail up.
That was when he sold(was forced) zip2, the infinite money glitch really kicks in around the 10 million mark

Only Melbourne doesn't like the Lime rental scheme scooters because they're generally ridden on footpaths and left there, hindering access for pedestrians.
