Jolldo, I am interested in your logic as to why you'd start Cahill ahead of Deco when Everton were playing Villa and only have one fit striker. We were always going to be lucky to even get a point and our home record is terrible this year.

Deco hadn't scored since round 2. Everton had 1 fit striker so they would be relying on Cahill to score goals.

Although his 11 points should be enough to get me over the line in my other (main) league. My opponent is second bottom, had not changed his team in months and yet pulls a 136 out of his @rse. His captain was Robinho who obviously didn't play and his VC was Deco (48!!) Meanwhile, I had Butt and Agger on the field. Am very glad to get out of jail.

We're technically still 2nd, that new league I don't count because they've only played 2 rounds. We've actually made good ground on Sportal Div 2.

Nice team, but be prepared to get rid of Evra for maybe Vidic or even Terry. Upgrading Given, Gallas and Clichy to VDS/Reina and perhaps Carragher/Terry/Vidic as well... perhaps Carvalho when he returns from injury.

Your opinion to me doesn't matter.

I don't want to carry someone for a month with scores of zero. That's my opinion, and that's what counts.

I ended up trading Evra out for A. Cole as I had a zero balance, put Rooney on the bench for Tevez.

Made Gerrard captain for the week just incase Ronaldo doesn't play.
